The client urgently requires Customer Service Officers, seasoned professionals with exceptional abilities and grounded professional experience.

Ideal candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Initiating and/or implementing corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Acting as a liaison between our company and the customers, assisting with complaints on Billing errors, Power supply, account questions etc.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To resolve problems that arise from poor service delivery to our customers by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • To ensure customer complaints are handled in compliance with the company’s guidelines and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints via telephone, electronically or face to face.
  • Ensure and provide quality service to both internal and external customers.
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about our product and services.


  • Minimum of 5 years increasingly responsible (Customer relationship) experience
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent, Diploma (Minimum)
  • Knowledge of Administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records etc.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practice
  • Knowledge of relevant computer application)
